Walking fernando
DIRECTED BY Max Mir
STARRING Javier Bardem , Fabienne Piolini- Castle , Evan Sokol
After being stuck in an office job for over a year, the unmotivated Nadia Atebury has lost track of her destiny. Unable to envision a different life, Nadia pushes through the days in autopilot mode; until the office’s goldfish, Fernando, snaps her out of it, asking to get taken outside.
A narrow Nadia rejects Fernando’s proposal, but realizing he’s getting in the middle of her work, she accepts to take him outside for five minutes. Favor after favor, soon those five minutes become thirty, and Nadia is impatient to get back to work. However, an emotional Fernando asks Nadia to not bring him back to the office, and instead take him to a pond where he can get released. Will Nadia accept Fernando’s adventure, discovering a new version of herself, or will she return to her lifeless job, and comply with her responsibilities?
